個人私隱及網站安全
我們保證閣下的私隱. 我們不會發放, 租出或售賣閣下的資料. CNEX或會將非個人資料提供給合作顆伴作調查用途, 例如, 我們只會顯示多少顧客購買該產品.
當您瀏覽我們的網頁時, 我們會收集有關資料如該頁的瀏覽次數等. 所有資料將用作改善及私人化您的購物體驗. 所有資料不會外泄. 我們使用Cookie(附注) 聯繫閣下的購物籃. 若您未使用Cookie或會於瀏覽我們的網頁時遇上困難. 若您電腦的網絡安全設定太高, 或設定阻隔Cookie, 將不能使用購物籃. 您可於IE內的"工具列" 中的"網際網路選項" 檢查Cookie的裝置. 本網需要Cookie的中度設定.

退貨
損壞或不完整的貨品
若您收到損壞或不完整的貨品，請於收到貨品一星期內以電郵方式與我們聯絡；得到我們的同意後，我們會給您退貨指示，所有未得到同意的退貨，我們一律不會處理。
收到退貨後，我們將檢查或測試貨品，如果我們發現您所說明的問題，我們會再寄新的同樣貨品給您，否則，我們只會將原物寄回，而回件的郵費亦須由您支付。
請留意，在退貨時，請選用最可靠的運輸方法，假如貨品於退貨途中遺失，我們恕不負責。
錯誤訂購的貨品
我們一律不會接受所有與貨品品質無關的退貨要求，例如書刊版別、影碟區碼、影碟語言及字幕問題等等。請您於付款前小心核對，或請以電郵向我們查詢。
Privacy and Security
At CNEX Hong Kong Online, we are committed to your privacy. This means that we do not distribute, rent or sell any of your personal information. CNEX Hong Kong may share non-personal, non-individual information with our partners in aggregate form for research analysis. For example, we will not show that you purchased a specific item but rather, how many customers purchased that item.
When you browse through our site, we collect information on the efficiency and working of our Web site. This information includes the number of times a web page is accessed, the browser used, and paths taken when moving through the Web site. Any information that we collect from you will be used to improve and personalize your shopping experience. All information is stored in a secure manner.
We use a cookie (see below) to track your basket during your visit. You may experience trouble when using our site if you do not have cookies enabled. If you have your privacy settings set too high, or are blocking cookies you will not be able to create a basket. CNEX Hong Kong shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of privacy, disclosure or information, harm, damage or loss that may result from your transmission or any information to us in any connection with this web-site.
We must cooperate fully with any legal institution should a situation arise where our information can be of assistance.
All areas of our site that request sensitive information, such as personal and credit card information, are protected by a Secure Sockets Layer, SSL. This means that the information that is sent to and from our server is encrypted. If someone was to intercept your information they would not be able to interpret it.
Cookies
A small piece of information that a server sends to a client. When you visit a Web site with cookie capabilities, its server sends certain information about you to your browser which is stored on your hard drive as a text file. At some later time (such as returning to the site the next day), the server retrieves the cookie. It's a way for the server to remember things about you. Cookies are not usually nefarious in their purposes. One site's cookies cannot be accessed by another site.
Returns
Damaged or incomplete products
If you receive damaged or incomplete products, please contact us through email within 14 days of receipt of products. After receiving our confirmation of returns, we will send you the procedures of returns. Any returns without confirmation from us will NOT be processed.
While receiving the returns, we will examine the products. If we find the problem you raise, we will re-send the same new product to you. Otherwise, we will only re-send the original product to you with the involved freight charge paid by you.
And please be aware that you must choose the most reliable way to send your returns to us. If the returns are lost during delivery, we will NOT be responsible.
Mistaken orders
We will NOT accept any claims that are not related to the quality of our products. It includes the version of books, region codes of DVD, video language and subtitles, etc. Please check carefully before ordering or contact us through email.
