由張經緯導演,CNEX基金會出品,新浪網創辦人蔣顯斌監製,香港導演許鞍華擔任顧問的紀錄片《音樂人生》,創造2009金馬獎最大驚奇:勇奪【最佳紀錄片】、【最佳剪輯】與【最佳音效】三項大獎,成為金馬獎史上獲獎最多的紀錄片,也是香港首部紀錄片獲得如此殊榮。

12月10日  IFC Palace、百老匯電影中心正場上映
 《音樂人生》曾於百老匯院線特別放映5個月,接近100場放映,每場入座率平均有95%,可謂本地電影界的小奇葩。

電影摘要

「跨越六年時光,一部香港音樂天才成長傳記」
鋼琴神童黃家正十一歲已鋒芒畢露,遠赴捷克與專業樂團合作。影片跨越六年時光,深入拔萃校園,透視天才內心---描述恩師羅乃新對他的啟迪,刻劃同學及兄妹間的矛盾,還有父子從關愛到咬牙切齒的一刻;發現天才的終極目標,原來是做一個「人」。

導演介紹

張經緯,香港出生,祖籍廣東深圳湖貝村。年輕時,學習大提琴;之後,到美國的紐約市立大學布魯克林學院修讀音樂碩士課程,最後主修電影製作、副修哲學畢業。曾製作4部劇情短片及監製1部紀錄短片,作品在多個國際影展中參展及獲獎。他的第一部劇情長片劇本《上帝的蘋果》獲得「2001年中港臺電影神話劇本創作賽」優異獎,而第二個劇本《天水圍》亦獲得2005年香港亞洲電影投資會的最佳故事獎,此劇本由許鞍華導演拍為《天水圍的夜與霧》。其後,CNEX兩年以來的拍攝資助下,張經緯導演完成了紀錄片《歌舞昇平》及《音樂人生》,並連續兩年入圍香港國際電影節。

Synopsis



“A biography of a Hong Kong musical genius.”
At the age of 11, KJ won the Best Pianist price and went to Czech to perform with a professional orchestra. Touching on subjects such as the meaning of life, God and the artistic process, the director’s 6-year-conversations with KJ reveal how a young man inspires by his music teacher, Nancy Loo and how he conflicts with his peers and parents. KJ is not about the victory of a genius, but how he learns to be a “human being”.
About the Director


Born in Hong Kong, CHEUNG studied cello since young and pursued music in
Brooklyn College, City University of New York, being graduated with a degree majoring in film production and philosophy. He produced 4 short fiction films and 1 short documentary film, and his works won prizes in many international film festivals. His first feature-length script, “God’s Apple”, has won him the Excellent Prize in the Mainland, Hong Kong & Taiwan Myth Script Creation Contest 2001, while his second script, “The Way We Are”, was also awarded the Best Story Prize in Hong Kong-Asia Film Financing Forum 2005. The film based on this script is on its way, produced by the director Ann HUI. With the financial support from CNEX, Cheung made All's Right with the World and KJ in two years, which both are selected for HKIFF. KJ has special screenings in Broadway cinemas over 3 months. And it was selected for Golden Horse Award, which was the first Hong Kong documentary being selected.
